SME DIGITALISATION GRANT
The Malaysia government has allocated RM500 million to help the first 100,000 Malaysia SMEs to adopt and digitalise the business with 50% Matching Grant application of up to RM5,000 per company.
Eligibility
The SME is at least 60% owned by Malaysian
The SME is registered under the relevant laws of Malaysia
The SME has been operating for at least one (1) year.
Minimum sales turnover of the SME is at least RM100,000 for the 1st year of operating OR RM50,000 for the preceding two (2) consecutive years.
How to apply?

- Contact and appoint us as panel of Service Providers to perform any of the digitalisation services available (maximum of 3 panels).

Complete and submit the application (shorturl.at/uyBLY) form together with the required supporting documents to any of the BSN’s branches.

Once the SME’s application is approved, pay the difference of the total invoice after deducting the subsidized amount granted from the Initiative and to provide proof of payment to any of the BSN’s branches.

DOCUMENTATION
Please prepare the documents based on the checklist
Step 4
SUBMISSION
We will assist applicant for the documentation checking & provide guidelines to SMEs on how to submit to BSN banker.
Step 5
APPROVAL / REJECT
Applicant will receive calls from BSN banker for the grant approval status.
Step 6
PAYMENT
Based on the approval of the grant amount, applicant shall need to pay for the balance after deduct from the grant amount. Official receipt will issue by us.
Step 7
ACCEPTANCE OF THE GRANT
Applicant need to attend to BSN office to sign the acceptance letter & submit the official receipt to BSN
Step 8
GRANT PAYMENT
Grant payment will be issue by BSN to us – Technology Service Provider (TSP)
